Thermal Stripping
Thermal stripping is utilized on ferrous substrates for both tooling and parts recovery. For heavy film build and durable metals, our burn-off process is a safe and effective way to remove coatings. Thermally processed products are further cleaned using a chemical pickling system and wash stage, followed by a water-based rust inhibitor application to avoid flash rust and oxidation to your product.
